Once there, hit the download tab. It should look like this:

Simple huh! Your basically done now. Simple open the file once it has downloaded, and search away. Simply download any song to your liking.

Before I begin, i would like to say that there are two methods of doing this on mac. You could go [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] , the same website and the windows application, and just download the mac version. That is the easier way. The other way, that i got the ideas for this tutorial for is like this: (Also, its worth mentioning that this way can do ANY site, both Music AND videos, unlike the extremely limited Groovedwon)

Once there, hit this button

Once it finishes, open the application up. Then, you should be greeted by this somewhere on your screen:

Hit the Activate button. Then use one of these to registration combos

Now, you may download without limits! Simple enter the URL of the site ( Ex. Grooveshark.com )
Then, turn the little knob here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
to the musical note if you only want the mp3 of the video, or auto, which, if the media playing is only an mp3, will still download the mp3. However, if it is a video, it will download it in video format. Now, once on grooveshark on the application (Grappler), enter the name of the song in the search bar, and then chose which version, some are clean, some aren't the right artist, but have the same name, so make sure to check carefully. Click the name of the song you want, then, press this button : [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
You will see the file start to download in the small empty bar below. If it comes with a orange exclamation point, don't fret, simply pause the song, and then press the play button again. It should work. Now, your done, simply double click to add to itunes, and do as many as you like. All will be high quality (At least, Most!) The great thing about this method is that grappler is a small media-type of web browser, and the possibilities are endless!
