It is scientifically impossible to have other humans... It is impossible for the situations on an exoplanet to be exactly the same as Earth, what, did the alien primate at the exact same time as our primate start to evolve, maybe there was a season of extreme cold, there is a chance of that and humans wouldn't of evolved. No. There are no other humans.
There ARE other aliens however.

very unlikely that there is more life in our galaxy, but as always, without proof we will never know. Anyways, we dont even have the technology to travel that far yet. So dont get your hopes up
