The Dell one is very dated, a whole two generations behind the curve. Ultrabooks are a joke for the time being, aside from the Asus UX series (particularly the new models) and the Macbook Air (some of the best hardware you can buy right now, but still very overpriced and not without some major flaws). All of those have awful screens (Except the Vaio, but I can't attest to the quality of the panel) and sub-par build quality. Not to mention shoddy keyboards, crapware, etc. A similarly-priced Thinkpad is a better choice.
