go to network settings and see if your Ethernet cable or wireless is working, if not it's probably a problem with ur router(i don't think that because u just posted this online) . Yeah so make sure your Xbox is connected to your Home Network.

If that's not the case, you probably need to buy Xbox live gold membership !

Try calling xbox support or your ISP
i found the problem it says If your IP address is 0.0.0.0 or begins with 169, it means your router or gateway doesn't have DHCP turned on. Turn on DHCP so that your router will automatically give your console an IP address.

Turn on DHCP

Log on to your router's web-based configuration page and check the DHCP setting. Refer to your router's documentation for help turning on DHCP.
If you change the DHCP setting, restart your console and router.
Test your Xbox LIVE connection (go back to Network Settings, select Wired Network or your wireless network name, and then select Test Xbox LIVE Connection).

If this solution worked, your console will connect to Xbox LIVE.

but i dont know how to get to the web base thing
