This is not a hate rant I will not be saying any names, but to the people about this rant you know who you are.

So basically I bought a xenon jtag from a non-trusted non-stickied seller..I knew the risks of it getting RROD easily, because its a xenon of course and was prepared for when it did get RROD to get it fixed. well the time came and I started looking around for someone who could fix it..I talked to one trusted seller and started talking business everything went great I sent it to him he fixed it and sent it back fully functional..well after about a month it rrod again..I mssged back the same guy and asked if he could fix it again and he said he was in the middle of something and that it needed to be reballed that he couldnt do it, which is fine I respect that hes busy and dont have time. So I start looking around for other trusted sellers that offer the service of a reball..I message 2 different individuals whos stickied topic offers that service..they just read my message and dont reply.

How can you seriously open a shop on the marketplace, get stickied and get a trusted seller badge from staff and then not even answer someone who wants your service. Whats the point of even having the shop if your not gonna answer a customer. I would understand if they would have messaged me back saying I cant do it until this date or talk to this person they can help you but thats not the case..

No im not mad its just that these trusted sellers Im talking about need to get their s**t together if they ever want customers.

Have you considered that, maybe they haven't had the time to respond yet? Good luck on getting your jtag fixed now.

They have alot of customers and cannot always get back to you as soon as they can. They are busy people when it comes to the service that they do.

if they have time to read it I'm sure they can take 2 minutes out of their busy schedule to reply..this isn't the first time this has happened.

There is no reason why they would refuse service to him.
OP: That has nothing to do with whether or not they are trusted, they are still legit, they just have a busy schedule.
