I've had this problem several times now, whenever you save your world, or exit and save; The moment the save is about to complete, it freezes..

Now what I found out was:
Every time I saved, I pressed a button on my controller.. and that's what made it freeze..

Ofcourse I tried to save again, without pressing anything, and that kind of solved it..

SO! if you crash during your save, try to not press anything the next time you're saving your game.
