My computer can't run Fraps and a gamePosted:

THe title says it all, i'm not sure why my computer can't handle it because its perfectly fine every other time.

Specs:

6GB Ram
64bit
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 645 Processor 3.10 GHZ

No matter what I install or do the game drops to 10 FPS even when it would usually be going on 60 FPS.
Please someone help.

You're PC is using integrated graphics which is not geared towards games and gamers what so ever. I'm surprised you got 60 FPS at all. Trying to record with Fraps is just adding fuel to the burning fire.

Well, with your 6GB ram you make up for your lacking in CPU, but you could get a cheap ATI Video Card with atleast 1GB Cache, and then you would most likely fix this problem

Recommendations if your going to buy a video card

there is alot of reasons it wont work good you need a good gaming comp
