Entered a online tournament to win two gold packs, I won the first game 10-2 went to play the second an it froze on the loading screen were you see there team an then had to dashboard after 30 minutes went back to the tournament an it said i weren't in it any more?

HELP PLEASE

I didnt quit out tho as it froze? If it does it on normal play i dont get the loss so why do i on the tournament?
