Whenever i try to recover my old account that i had that someone else has now i get the email in like 2minutes telling me it had been denied and when i look at all the reasons it says my information isn't good when i know the very first password of the account and previous emails for the membership for Paypal.. i also know where it was created but i still get denied and the response is in like 2-5minutes are they automatically denying my recovery?
