i got the same error with motion flex that i edited!

re burn the disk make sure nothing eles is running why you write the disk and it should work my is still installing and it wouldent before

try reburning the disc with nothing else running. i made this patch on a disc and it didn't work the first time but the second time it did and im hotswapping a slim.

Hey my friend, I've hotswapped a lot of discs and if it is says it can't read it, normally you need to be faster when hotswapping or you have got to many scratches, but there is another way click install then swap the discs over, that normally works for me

I used to get an error like this.

Try re-burning the disk, I only had to do it once but it worked fine.
