This was after my chat with an agent his name is keith he was cool but slow and more importantly the queue was nearly 45mins !''yeah i would like to say the agent was very nice and helpful.As I am a regular user of xbox live and enjoy online gaming but for the past few years i feel neglected as an xbox live customer when i have a problem and the money i have put into my accounts i should be more respected and answered on time. As xbox is a company with a reputation and will be affected if this company continues to treat normal consumers like myself. I can assure that i will spread the word how i am feeling about your 'support' on gaming sites and friends etc. yours sinceraly 17yr Adam ireland.

Honestly though they are probably working hard, besides there are 65 Million other customer to tend to so just be patient

well i had a problem with MS points so i went online at 2 then the problem was resolved at 4:30 :p my day is wasted really
