Shouldn't specs like these run minecraft at 60 fps?
Windows 7 64 bit
Intel core i5-2410M CPU
6 gb Ram
Intel HD Graphics

Probably with minimal settings.
Intel graphics are quite terrible. Get a PC with it's own graphics card rather than intergrated graphics.

It could run with 60, but all your video settings would have to be at their absolute low. You should buy a nice graphics card if you are looking for higher fps.

I highly doubt it would run 60fps if you want the best settings. the main reason being you have a built in graphics card. you would need a better card than that. I recommend building you own computer from scratch. research parts and buy them depending on your budget then watch YouTube videos on how to build it. I'm pretty sure there are treads giving a more in depth tutorial
