I was just reading the Tacitus website ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) and I came across this at the bottom of the page:

"Black Ops 2: Weapons manufacturer in the game. Not us."

This got me thinking, my theory is that Treyarch decided to make a fake company for Black Ops 2 that will play a role in the storyline, (Probably creating weapons as said above) but what they did not know is that there was a company in real life. With all the attention from the community going towards the real life Tacitus website, they decided to post on their website that essentially they are not part of Black Ops 2 but a probably fake company with the same name is. Its either this or Treyarch is up to their old shenanigans again. Those are just my thoughts, please post yours.
