Now recently I've heard of this program for windows which allows you to make windows programs. (I forget what its called something about coding.) Now I am on a mac and I am wondering if there is anyway/program that allows you to make your own mac programs?

If so let me know.

Thanks TTG Community.

If you're looking for coding programs for Macs, you can download XCode (Apple's software for creating software) from the Mac App Store.

Just search "XCode", and I think it's currently on version 4? Not quite sure.

It's also used for making iOS applications (for iPods, iPhones, and iPads).

It's a large download, so make sure you have enough space, and are actually going to use it before you install.

Good luck!

EDIT:

Not quite sure why the people above would say it's not doable, when it obviously is. Apple produces (and releases) the programs needed to code any Apple-based software or applications on your Mac.
