So Im thinking about modding a dummy acc for Gears 3 using Horizon but not maxing everything out I just want to get certain characters like Prescott and Golden Miner and the highest i would probably mod the rank to would be like 79 or 80?
Now I know you can get banned for doing this but if i do the rank transfer will my acc also be banned?

Yes you will be banned. Modded account + rank transfer will more than likely end in a console ban from playing Gears.

....and yes I said console ban. People post on the Epic forums saying they make new account and those are banned to, even without ever playing.

Dammmnn well i guess there goes that idea..
Im looking for a non re-uped acc which some medals and most characters because I want to get the achievements...
