the cr cap is at 200k per day and they get reset at 3am for all timezones

It can go up to 240k it depends on how much you play the game after accumulating so much play time consecutively through an amount of about a week it changes and goes up.
And I am in easter time it resets at 1:00 Am every day
You are probably in mt. time and just saying that so you think you know everything.

I live in germany and it refreshs at 12(midday).
