What is it?

it's basically where we ring, some takeaway, or related place, and prank them in some way, ideas:

1): pretend you don't speak good english
2): ask for something, which the obviously don't have
3): talk lots of c**p

Is it legal?

It isn't illegal, just maybe annoying for the reciever of the call, for example, the McDonalds phone operator.

Also, all calls cannot be monitored, it's dialed from here, and doesn't have a easy tracking number, you won't be caught, it's too much hassle.

Is it Funny?

I've been crying once, and laughing so bad, yes, VERY funny, guranteed laugh!
