I havent really modded GTA sense the update that messed everything up a little while back..
I was just wondering what mods are still possible..
Like can rocket guns still be modded? God Mode? Speed Cars?
And I dont wanna use scripts, I just want a regular ISO..
Also whats the best ISO mods out for TBOGT/Reg GTA IV?
If someone could inv me to a party and talk to me for a minute about it that would be great!

i could invite you to the original right now god mode is possible with script mods speed cars still work but rocket guns are patch
