im looking to start commentating on videos eg like top goals and things but i cant start without any good goals and was wondering if it was classed as stealing or copy wright if you cropped like bits of lots of peoples video and then commentate over it surely its not but i was just wondering and not sure how to get started heres my welcome video check it out it maybe terrible but still you gotta start somewhere
