Hey guys, since the Editor posted isn't perfect and some people are having trouble getting it to work, I decided to make this quick tutorial on how to mod your save with hex editing.
Extract your save from your USB
2. Open save into Horizon
3. Click the Contents Tab and Extract your ".xbsav" file
4. Open your ".xbsav" file into Hex Workshop
5. To mod Level, Exp and Upgrade points, just search for your Character's Name (pretty easy)
6. To mod your Credits, Medigel, Probes and Fuel, just search for "hench_anderson"
7. To mod your Accomplishments, just search for "CREATECHARACCOMPLISHED". If you mod your Weapons Upgrade level from here you can 1 hit kill ANYTHING
8. To mod the max number of Medigels you can carry search for "0000283C"
9. Search for "000027B0" = Renegade, "000027AF" = Paragon and "0000288C" = Reputation
10. To mod Persuade Multiplier Search for "00002751"
11. To mod War Assets you need to find where your Powers end and your Weapons begin
12. Save and Close Hex Workshop
13. Open the ".xbsav" into the Checksum Fixer (the one you just modded)
14. Press "Fix Checksum"
15. Replace the ".xbsav" file back into Save
16. Rehash/Resign
17. PLAY!!!!
how to get the elusive mans eyes using gibbed mass effect 3 save editor NOTE: You cannnot do this with the pre made Shepard and all credit goes to gibbed for this

Extract your Save_000# file out of ur save and open it in Gibbeds mass effect 3 editor
1) In Raw -> Player -> Appearance -> Morph Head...
2) Open TextureParameters...
3) If there is an entry named "EYE_Diff", remove it.
4) If there is an entry named "EYE_Spec", remove it.
5) Add a new entry, name "EYE_Diff", value "BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllu siveman_Eye_Diff"
6) Add a new entry, name "EYE_Spec", value "BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllu siveman_Eye_Spec"
7) Click OK.
8) Open VectorParameters...
9) If there is an entry named "EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector", remove it.
10) If there is an entry named "EYE_Iris_Spec_Colour", remove it.
11) If there is an entry named "Emis_Color", remove it.
12) Add new entry, name "EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector":
R "0.008373"
G "0.505433"
B "0.867136"
A "1"
13) Add new entry, name "EYE_Iris_Spec_Colour"
R "0.2"
G "0.2"
B "0.2"
A "0"
14) Add new entry, name "Emis_Color"
R "0.160444"
G "1"
B "1"
A "1"
15) Click OK.
16) Save, play... etc.
If you don't like the color that your eyes come out to be then simply change the RGB of Emis_Color, Eye_Iris_Color and Eye_Spec_Color
also thought id put up a little info about how you can mod your mass effect 2 gamesave

things you can do with this editor
1) Give yourself as much as you want of....
a) Paragon/Renegade points (i.e. won't have to meta-game)
b) Credits (i.e. can purchase everything, won't have to hack every PDA)
c) Resources (i.e. Never have to mine ever again)
d) Ability Points (i.e. Can evolve every power)
2) Modding Weapons and Ammo and Removing Undesired weapons:
a) Give Weapons Training for Shotguns, Snipers and AR's
b) Give yourself tons of Ammo so you never have to pick up Ammo again
c) Give Squaddies weapons they shouldn't have, i.e. Miranda with the Revenant
3) Unlock Upgrades and Equipment
a) get all of them as soon as you want
b) Get more than stock limit to decrease Cooldowns for Tech and Biotics, be the "Biotic God"
c) Switch Armor on the fly mid-mission and even if you haven't purchased them yet
d) Stack DMG upgrades, (i.e. make 10/10 Shotgun upgrades so they have proper damage)
4) Changing ME1 History
a) Can experience alternate stories without having to replay ME1
5) Change Shepard's Physical Appearance such as...
a) Hair, Facial Features, Skin Color, Eye Color
b) Give Shepard the "Illusive Man's Eyes
c) Give Shepard the vanilla hero male/female poster face (Default Shep)
6) Change Shepard's Gender
a) Access same-sex Romances through loophole
7) Change Shepard's class
a) Can switch mid-game
8) Change Shepard's Powers/Abilities
a) Give yourself up to 5 bonus powers
b) Give squaddies Ability points to max out their powers
c) Unlock Squad Loyalty powers as soon as you want
and the finally
9) Access previously Hidden Content
a) See the true Paragon response from Conrad Vernor
b) Play with dev weapons like the Mini Gun
c) Play with experimental Accessory Meshs such as visors, caps, etc.
and instead of typing out how to do all of these i found someone who has made a great guide and put it up on google docs.
