Im looking for someone to tell me some equipment there is to buy so it'll improve my connection. ATM all I have is a BT Home Hub 2.0 and BT Infinity isn't a option. My Download is 7.0 and upload 0.9. Thx.

Unless you want to be stealing internet(illegal), I wouldn't suggest you try anything and look into get a better ISP.

Look into different ISPs. It may also be your location.
