SkipEverything wrote ignore the trolls. I think this is BS. Credit Card fraud is a serious thing and the idiots above honestly don't know what it is like for that to happen... I hope it all ends well man. Cheers.

When you call them they say 3-7 and they will let you know in advance if it will take longer.

I had the same problem, max password length, symbols, numbers and some capitols and it got hacked. Best part is that they did it over spring break and never locked the account they returned more points than were stolen and it only took 3 days.

You're lucky too because last time a hacking happened to me, it took two months to recover my account. Gay.

I now have an empty prepaid VISA car on my account so hackers can't do shit on my account.
I would reccomend this and just buy prepaids.

When they hacked me last time they also bought 10,000 points and I freaked out because my dad was mad at me and telling me to pay him for it. He didn't believe that I was hacked. The good thing is that Microsoft does it's best to return the account but these hackers goig for FIFA piss me off because they get to keep what they make for hacking.
Good luck with getting it back soon!

That's not something to admit.

And it was most likely you giving out your info to a friend and your friend making you believe you can trust him. Happens all the time.

Actually, no.
I don't give out my info.
And I lied about it being a friend.
I knew it wasn't. (I'm being serious about this, I never give account information, and I don't log onto other people's Xboxs)

your 12 so we cannot help you, you broke the rules, you need to be 13 and you got your account hacked so it's not really our problem but if you really need help, go to the forums on [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and tell everyone

That's why you should never put your Credit Card info in accounts. There's always a chance somebody could take it. Hope you get your money back. BTW the age limit for this site is 13. Rules are broken.

I believe when you signed up it said above 13 years of age? anyways no one else is to be blamed here, you probably gave your account info to someone. Dont rage at a site thats full of modders and hackers.

Thank you.
AND I GET THAT I NEED TO BE 13. -_-
All of the trolls who think I'm a moron and don't keep a safe password, shut up.
My DAD came up with the password for the account.
He told me, and I keep it a safe secret.

I know how it feels in general for fraud to happen man. I'm not 12. But we were all 12 at one point in time. And that's not right for someone to do that. Just ignore the flamers trying to act hard over the internet.
