Right i don't normally ask for help on here, but i'm really stuck.
I have been away for like a month. I come back on mw2 and im constantly on 1 bar.
Before i went everything was perfect.
I play using wireless adaptor.

I have tried everything i can think of,

-Going to dashboard cleaning disc
-Tried resetting my router
-Clearing system cache
-Unplugging all wires and plugging back in
-Switching off al devices that are on the same network.
-Switching everything off at the wall and back on
-Deleting profile and recovering to console
-Tested connection, perfect results.
-Tested broadband speed.

Anyone have any other ideas? Much appreciated.
Thanks in advance, will rep if you solve it because i am stumped.

TRY a Ethernet cable or turn off every thing connected to the network and re try the wireless.. Maybe it is your adapter for your xbox? Is all your other stuff on your network working and have good connection and is it just the xbox?

I just went away to switch my router off and on again and it somehow worked, then i read this. It seemingly worked this time but not the first time i did it, so i managed to solve it.
Ill plus rep you anyway

Thanks for all suggestions.
