I brought elite and didn't get the title, and it wont let me download the new maps, I press store download elite content and nothing happens?
How can I fix this?

You only get the green elite title if you are a founder.

I got it like 3 months after I got elite and I am not a founder

You wont get the green title from buying premium, that's for having founder status. If you just bought, try restarting your xbox or just wait a while.
