How do you exactly mod recon armor? I know you mod the achievements but I've also heard that it doesnt work that way because endure doesn't register or something like that.

Your have to mod the vidmasters using a USB Or transfer cable to mod achievements.
You will need Xport or Xplorer 360 if you do it with a TC or USB XTAF Explorer if you do USB
Other programs:
Achievement Modders
Profile Editor 2
Le fluffie
(In my opinion profile editor is easier)
You will also need Modio.
Once youve modded the vidmasters go over to bungie.net and if you havent already, link your GT And make an account. then go to your service record and press "unlock my recon" on Bungie.net

mod the achievement for both odst and halo 3 then go to bungieDOTcom go to the halo 3 achievement tab and your account and BOOM you should have it in 1-2 hours
