Ok, so I need something that I can connect my Jtag to and my retail to and be able to connect to Xbox live, but still be able to connect to system link. So basically what I am trying to say is, I need something I can connect both Ethernet cables from my Jtag and retail and then it connect through ONE Ethernet cable to my router.

What is that called? A splitter or a switch?

You need to plug them both into your router, almost positive there are no such thing as an ethernet splitter. You can also do system link via wireless adapter as well.

Most routers have multiple ethernet slots, just plug them straight into the router. As Carl said you can use a xbox wireless adapter.
