Don't delete anything that is associated with windows. Also, try using a registry cleaner.

Why on earth are you asking us what to delete?? Its your HDD and there for your files. You should really have a look at what you dont need then get rid of it i suggest.

Delete any extra programs you don't need. Also, de-fragment and clean the harfrive IP to get rid of extra junk and keep it at top performance.

Go into Control Panel and click on "Uninstall a Program". Then look through it and delete all the pointless programs you don't use anymore. Also, go through your document folders (Pictures, Videos, Music, etc...) and delete even more stuff you don't need. Also, use CCleaner, it's a program that deletes all the useless junk you don't need like history, computer cache, and stuff like that.
