Hi. I'm fairly new to this game. When i go to customize, it brings up weapon customization options for one team. (M16 M4) How do I change it so I can customize the other teams weapons? (AK74) Is there any other way of doing it other than when you're in a game?

Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the next patch to be able to do this without being in a match. I have tested it on the PS3 and you can switch the team that you want to customize the loadout for from the customization menu.

Well, when ur in game and ur a high enough level, u can customize any factions weapon.. when not in game go to the customization sceen

You have the ability to view every gun, locked or unlocked, that being said you can see the M16A3 (unlocked) and AK-47M (locked) that is the default assault US and RU weapons.
Go to your customization screen, choose either gun (in this case the locked gun), press A to change the load out, equip whatever you want to use EX: kobra dot sight, fore grip, laser sight. Once you've equipped your desired attachments change back the main default gun that is unlocked. Your attachments should then be on the locked gun when you start the game.
Attachments save under the customization screen, you just can't save a weapon that you have not unlocked under the customization screen, if that makes any sense.
