Hello, I just got knockback about an hour or 2 ago, and its working great, but all of a sudden I try to get it from 2 other people and even try to use mine and I keep getting an error when I try and play the video, " The file you are looking for might have been removed, modified, or is temporarily unavailable."

Can anyone here help me? Thanks
