I'm sorry to criticize (but that's what I do to newbie websites). That website looks like a 5 year old made it. I can make that in literally 5 minutes. Take a look at my police clan site to get some inspiration for your site. Do NOT take anything from my site.

Roleplaying on GTA is where you play realistically. Depending on the clan, there may be fire fighters, ambulance drivers, cops, crooks, garbage drivers, ect. Some roleplay clans have it VERY advanced with a money system, and people have individual jobs and get paid based on that job. Most roleplays however are just a good old cop and crook gameplay. They usually play on Team Deathmatch as it is easier to separate the cops and crooks with 2 different team colors.
