Why you want that job: to help your server againt griefers such as team avolition or others, and to have a fun time with other players.
Why would you be good for Admin/Mod: I would be good for admin because i have had admin/mod on MANY other server such as uberminecraft, and i ran a 24/7 server for about 7 months before it got shutdown due to griefers and school.
