Deus Ex keeps lagging extremely bad whenever I play it. I have lowered the settings to the lowest and it makes no visible difference.

I will post my computers specs to show it should be able to run fine:
AMD FX(tm)-4100 Quad-Core Processor @ 3.6GHz
8GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB

I know the graphics card is a bit shabby but the game came free with it so it can't be a GPU problem?
