i tried to make a thermal lobby i got all the colored classes and everything... anyways my question is how do i make it thermal i know i have to make the lethal grenade value 22 but i cant find the lethal grenade in hex editor

i tried looking at the video but i could not seam to fallow it i... the quality is not that great. and this is my first hex edit ever
