I need help becoming a YouTube partner

I have herd about if some-one who is a YouTube Partner can make you one i dont know if thats right.

my video income is :0 at the moment (as its basted on gameplay and people are just not sending in their videos)

Please help me :'(

I am a partner and there is no way a standard user can can have a cms license to partner people so anyone saying they can, unless they are a network they are lying.

You need 1k views per day to be partnered with a network, then you can get I contact with a recruiter for the network
