It's probably best if you reformat your hard drive to factory settings, it means losing all of the stuff you've saved on your computer unless you put anything important onto a memory stick or a cd.

I would do that, but my windows 7 came with my computer already installed, so I dont have a installation disk, so therefore I would be able to set up my computer until I spend 100 or so on windows 7.. Any Suggestions?:-)

Step one is system restore then run malware bytes, hope that helped

You shoundnt have to restore your computer. Just download a good antivirus like avast, and do a full system scan. I got a license file for avast pro if you want it.
