winlogon.exe is a normal windows process. As long as there is only one in the process tab, your probably fine. As for your second problem, what is the output in CMD? command unknown, error, etc.

winlogon.exe should be there, no problem there.

As for your other problem I don't really know anything about it.

Get a program called security task manager. It will tell you if there is any high risk processes or if anythings wrong.

I'm not trying to be funny but you are a **** idiot,
Please don try to fix a computer if you don't know how.

If you remove winlogon.exe from your process's your computer will not turn on again.

Winlogon is normal.
For the netstat in command prompt you don't have your TCP/IP protocol installed
And finally for the windows it easy to get a windows without a disk via Torrent.
