Hello! I'm here to talk to you about an awesome server named Ballscape:True Rebirth. You may have heard of it. It all started back in 2009 when Babablksheep attempted to code a RSPS. The result was a huge success. Within 5 months, over 20,000 accounts had been registered and the server had atleast 400 players on at all times! Sadly, the server went down in January of 2011. Several remakes have been attempted, but none have really succeeded.. until now. With an eager staff ready to moderate, and one spectacular owner (Mikey) with years of experience, Mikey and Ballscape are ready to recreate that feeling of 2009 Ballscape.
Information:
Ballscape:True Rebirth is a 317 server owned and operated by Mikey. Ballscape runs on a powerful dedicated server, so downtime is not a factor. If you wake up in the middle of the night and you're craving some Ballscape, it's gonna be there for you.
-The Ballscape Staff feels that the economy is the driving force of any private server. Don't you hate servers where there are tons of "rare" items and everybody has 5B? Yeah, we do too. That's why we make sure money isn't too easy to get. You have to work for it if you want to be rich.
-Ballscape also gives you the best of both worlds: skilling and PKing. Skilling is the driving force of the server, but we also have tons of active PKers too.
-Ballscape runs on a clean webclient. No tricky pop-ups or misleading links. Just click "Play" and load the client, and you're ready to go!
-Ballscape also features a self-updating downloadable client. This way you will be able to always stay up-to-date and enjoy Ballscape, without having to worry about the memory usage of bulky browsers.
-Ballscape also has a highscores feature. We feel that if you work for a certain level or goal, you should be able to show that off! And you can!

Downloaded, seems nice so far. The client is full screen with no lag, so that's nice. Not sure how to make cash yet though.

Cash is actually pretty simple to make, you can make it by PVM, Crafting, thieving and other skills. I'd suggest crafting if you are just starting out. Buy gems from the store, craft them and sell the amulets back. Hope I helped you!

Just wanted to say thanks to J3ttt for posting this, it really means a lot.
Hopefully you guys decide to try the server out. It's being ran by a team of ex-RSPS players, so we know what it's like from the player's perspective.
We're trying to make an awesome community-ran server, fueled by ideas from the "owners" and players alike. We want to create a server that pleases a wide array of different players. We have a challenging XP rate on non-combat skills to give skillers something to do; multiple PK hotspots in the wilderness, as well as an EP system, to please PKers; and then the classic benefits of a 317 server: nostalgic graphics and hours of entertainment.
So, I hope you decide to check it out. And feel free to let us know what you like or dislike about the server. We want to make sure everyone can find something fun on the server, so your opinion is valued greatly.
