Ok so im english and i might be going to florida soon so i was wondering , if i bought a couple of iphones from the american apple store could i bring them back to the uk and sell them with no problem

Pretty sure they are locked by region, google it though.

Don't think phones purchased in the States will function correctly back in the UK. Think phones are built to only work in certain regions. Better off double checking that though because I could be wrong.
