Apparently from what i have seen that is a dual layer drive but it has difficulty recognizing new media programs like imgBurn. I don't know what to tell you
wtf should i do? is there a different program i can use? like poweriso? idfk..

i had the same problem
heres your options
1. you can buy a new computer with a duel layer burner witch is what i did
2. you can go to best buy and buy a duel layer burner
