You actually cant get the spinning tenth emblem legit because just before the game was released infinity ward lost a bunch of files for their game and didnt have enough time before the release date to get them back. those files included. Gold AK-47, All secondary weapons gold after 500 kills and of course your spinning tenth emblem. so the only way to get it is to get hacked and have all titles and emblems. hope this helped.
