Specs:

Processor: i5 2500k Overclocked to 4.4ghz

CPU Heatsink: Hyper 212 plus

Motherboard: ASUS Sabertooth P67

RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws 8gb (2x4)

HDD: Wester Digital Caviar 500gb 7200 RPM

SSD: OCZ Vertex 3 60gb 535MB Read speed, 480MB write speed

Graphics Card: GTX 295 (Had it from my previous PC build) getting the AMD 7970 soon.

Case: Diablotek EVO (From Previous Build) i like it too much to buy a new one.. very sturdy.

PSU: ULTRA LSP 750 Watt (Also had from previous build) It is not overkill because the GTX 295 requires at least a 680 Watt PSU.

It's a good build, but I don't like the case and the PSU is bad.

Since you said you were buying a 7970, I'd say stick with the 295 until the 680 or 670 which will come out 2 or 3 months...

AMD made the terrible choice of releasing it first. Now it's expected that nvidia will release something much better.

I do agree after reading more reviews on the 7970. And the PSU isnt the greatest but not the worst. I have had it for over a year sometimes running for a few days straight. and it hasnt failed, stays cool and quiet. and lifetime warranty. the LSP is a pretty good PSU. Getting a Seasonic or Corsair Modular PSU to have better cable management and power efficiently whenever i upgrade graphics.
