Everything is alright but don't get that PSU. Try getting a Corsair, OCZ or Cooler Master PSU.

ALSO, the i5 2500k Only (officially) supports up to 1333Mhz RAM out of the box.
As it comes unlocked ( k ) you will be able to force the RAM speed back up to 1600 in the bios. Just google how to get into the bios

Oh and a third thing... no need to buy the SATA cable ( your motherboard will have one included )

You're very welcome

It's not impossible to run the 1600 mhz RAM but if you don't want to mess around with the BIOS, you're better off with the 1333

Not a lot I'm afraid. If you want to game, I suggest saving up for AT LEAST a GTX 550 Ti but preferably a GTX 560 Ti

The 560 is a lot better than the 550 ( About 30-40% )
