I recently got Skyrim for my PC. And what do you guys think would be the best way to improve speed. Just post a comment or PM me if you have any ideas/suggestions. I already have GameBooster.

Depends on your current setup. You should post some specs here so that we could define if there's any problems other than your hardware. If your hardware is sufficient to play Skyrim smoothly and you still have problems look into things such as your running processes. I find some unneeded processes in the background can mount up and take a large percentage of your RAM/CPU. An active Anti Virus software such as AVG's Residential Shield can cause problems on some older rigs.
