I had recently updated my jtag to 14699 it turned on fine after updated. I turned it on and off several times to make sure nothing was wrong. Came back couple of hours later then this happened. It's a Xenon motherboard the CPU 56.2 and GPU 45.7 on average running a hour sraight at that tempature. I always kept the inside cleaned with a Air Spray can making sure nothing is blocking air flow I have the 12v Fan mod. The console was Jtagged by me xPapa was A.K.A TTG PAPA changed my name. And the power brick stays green.
I really don't feel like messing with it I just want it fixed.

You need to right your last working freeBOOT back to it or your original nand.
