My skyrim worked fine when i first got it but lately when I do certain thing it will take a very long time to load.
eg. When i go to trade with my follower, he says "of course listener" or something along the lines or that. The n it takes a few seconds to open the trading menu when it should come up fairly fast. Then when i click an item (to take or give) it will make the noise like im taking it but will just freeze and about 20 seconds to a minuet later it will finally give me it. This can get very annoying. And today I bought a new house and had to move all of my gear and random things to my new house. This took an hour to get 2 sets of armour, a bunch of books, daggers, bows, and arrows.
It doesn't just happen when i trade, it happens also when I:
open chests/and other similar things
buy/sell items
talk with anyone
search dead bodies
pickpocket
and a couple more that i can't think of
Will an update fix this?
Iv'e turned off auto save, cleared cache, cleaned disk, uninstalled then re installed disk and no improvement.
Please please please please comment if you know whats happening before i break my game.

Yes theres a new patch 1.4 coming out to pc and then xbox 360, no telling when the release is, but its going to fix that and quest problems and much more...I myself really need this patch also....but i have no clue when the release is, i believe tomorrow or sometime later this week.
