Ok, so I have been playing minecraft for a while now, and I had to re-download the launcher.

I logged in on the launcher and it says: "Cannot connect to minecraft.net! Then under "Play offline" it says "(Not downloaded)"

But here's the thing. I am premium, and I can login to minecraft.net easily. So I am not typing in the wrong pass or username!

What you could do, is download all the files, or a .minecraft folder, and put that in your directory, and then sign in. It should work.

Well if you dont have %appdata% then you'll have to take some time (i know it sucks) and look for the .minecraft delete it then redownload the launcher and it should work

Go to C:\, then "Users", then your username, then go to appdata then to roaming, and delete your .minecraft folder, re-download it and it should work..

Hope i helped, and if that isn't the directory then look around in your local disk for your user folder and then go from there

Well one reason this can happen is because you do not have premium. If you do have premium I recommend going to your .minecraft file and deleting that and re downloading it again!
