I have enough for either a dazzle or a roxio game capture. If anyone knows which one is better let me know thank you.

Eh, they really aren't all that much different to be honest.
Roxio might be a little better quality, but not matter what, both of them only record in standard definition. Roxio is also twice as much as a Dazzle can be. So If I were you, I'd get a Dazzle.
You can look up reviews online to Roxio and the Dazzle, and even gameplay quality tests to help you fully decide.
