what is the best screen capture program for pc in the highest quality?
free or paid(anything online can be gotten through work around lol)

and the second part is, is sony vegas the best editor? or what are some other goodones?

sony vegas is probably the best one and adobe after efeects is really good aswell

Ediors -
Sony vegas 8 - 10 Not 11
And Adobe Premiere

After effects + photoshop are nice to have
but since Ae is not an editor its not required
