SO i never installed a game before but i know what it does... And how long does it usually take and does the disc have to be like perfect clean??

As long as the disc is clean enough to play the game without problems then it is clean enough to install.
As for the time it takes, as posted above, it depends on the memory required, anywhere from 30 minutes (lower memory game) to 4 hours (high memory game like RAGE).

What about mw2?? thats what im downloading because im borrowing my friends and He wants it back. and i have mine that is scratched but will load but not play

It should work but you may experience a few lagg/glitches whilst playing campaign and special ops. For the time to install, from start to finish, I would say around 2 hours.
