first of all open valhalla by clicking the valhalla symbol
after you have clicked this click file open.

find the forza save you want to mod click it then click open

once you have opend your save on the right side of valhalla there is a box saying tools click that then click editors

once ytou have clicked editors the forza 3 save editor will come up on the right click it and this screen should open

click in the boxes and edit the numbers to your liking then click save and your done!

after you have clicked this click file open.

its a programe u have to pay for unless you are gold on this forum then ive posted the way to get round it but i will not release to public incase it gets patched
